Te Kohanga 2017

Wow, what an amazing day! All of the Te Kohanga Explorers did themselves proud by collaborating, thinking and contributing. Below are some snaps of the day.

I believe we got the best photo ever, the piercing orange, yellow and black, sunny flower.  We could not look away from the beautifully placed flower. The water drips slowly like the rain drooling from the sky. The flower slowly starting to die. I was sad as it got darker and darker until it was as dark as a shadow, red veins fade. As the black inner warps the outside got uglier and uglier and uglier until I did not want to look at it as it started to look like it was sad. We started to head back to the classroom disappointed as I lost all hope for the formerly beautiful flower. We went back to our other learning. The flower was soon forgotten by us.

Spring writing It is spring the flowers are blooming. The sun is shining bright. There are all sorts of different  colors like white, pike, purple, orange and green. The flowers are slowly opening in the sun light morning. The bees are pollinating the soft wave flowers. The dirt is as brown as a tree stump.

The spring flower Flowers blooming into action as if they were racing to get the most sunlight. Buds opening and waiting for the pollination to begin, bzzzzz dozens of bees start pollinating speeding to any flower they could get to. Flow ers that grow on trees have been crowded by bees and now it is time for them to move to the ground and begin more pollination. The bees have now finished and are moving on to new areas and the ground is as bright and colourful as a rainbow and so are the trees this is spring.

Blossoms, green leaves sway in the spring breeze, blue skies like to rise. Delicate white chocolate like petals, dance down to the luscious green grass. Springs freshness spreads through the air. Pollen everywhere. Yellow sprinkles all over the flower. Buds just about to bloom. Flowers as soft as silk. SPRING IS HERE!!!!

Yellow and red and orange All bursts out at me like it is on fire. It  is escaping from under the plants.

Spring is here. Delicate petals gracefully land onto the luscious green grass. A cool Springs breeze spreads through the air. Buds are about to bloom and bumble bees collect pollen. Light blue sky surrounds the blossom trees creating a beautiful scene.
